'bout time I made one of these..<_< I've been getting bombarded with the same questions over and over again, so here ya go. If there is a question you have that is not answered here, contact me via note, and we'll discuss it. Okay.

Q: Can I put your characters in my comic?
Sure! Just be sure to link to my dA page, and let me know you are using them. Also, if I don't already watch you, tell me when you finish so I can see your work. n_n

Q: I want to draw your characters with mine! Is that okay?
Same answer as the above.

Q: Can YOU put MY characters in YOUR comic?
No, it's not likely. I have a strict story line that I like very much, and adding more characters might disturb it. However, I'm going to hold a contest sooner or later where the winner will get his or her character to say something in the comic, because those positions have not been filled. There will be three winners.

Q: How come you drew (username) a picture if you don't take requests?
Because, either something from the above answer took place, or some other event, such as the person I drew it for was my best friend, etc.

Q: Why is your username iLarvitar? Why not something cooler?
Because back when I made this account, my pokemon character was a Larvitar. The "i" stands for internet, so it's basically "Internet Larvitar," Or "virtual larvitar."

Q: Can I watch you?
Of course! Watchers make me happy, so go ahead and watch me! You guys are fun to talk to.

Q: How long have you been drawing?
Ever since I knew the meaning of the word, way back when I was around two years old. I used to watch my brother, ~Warcheeso do it. His little Yoshi drawings inspired me to follow his footsteps and also become an artist.

Q: Where do you get all of your ideas?
My ideas are never, under any circumstances though out thoroughly. Thinking rots your brain. The best ideas come spontaneously and without warning, so when you get one of those out-of-the-blue ideas with no explanation as to how it became, go ahead and draw it. You never know. It might turn out to be a great piece of dA art!

Q: What kind of things, if any, inspire you the most?
I'm not really sure. Just an extreme fascination with pretty much everything. I love to look at and study critters, figuring out their anatomy and proportions and whatnot. Also, again, ~Warcheeso is still a big inspiration to me with the awesome stuff he produces. He shows me the ropes of cartooning and stuff, too. He's incredible.

Q: How do you make your line art?
Well, I start with a rough sketch on paper, using basic shapes for guidelines, like circles, squares, triangles, etc. Then I turn the mass of shapes into a character by adding things like, hair, face, antennae, ears, tails, paws, blah blah, so on and etc. After I get the drawing the way I want it, I go back over it with a pencil. (If I'm feeling lazy, I just go over it with a Micron Inking Pen or an ultra-fine point sharpie) Then In the case where I use the pencil only, I scan it in the computer, and ink it in MS Paint with a bright color, such as Orange. If I use a pen for inking, I take it straight to Photoshop. If I use MS Paint inking, I take it to Photoshop afterwards. This part is the same for both cases. Once the inked drawing is in Photoshop, I take the magic wand tool, highlight the black(or whatever color I used) outline, open a new layer, and fill in the highlighted area on the new layer.

Q: What do you use to color your art?
I use a variety of media as far as colors go. Most of the time, I use Photoshop to color my art, but if I want something different, or if I want to give my art a more traditional feel, I use my set of 120 Primacolor color pencils. In rare cases, I use water colors and acrylics, or even just a random Oekaki site.

Q: Can I use your art on other sites like Neopets?
No, because I use it there, and everyone knows my style (thanks to the Neopian Times comics I had published. ) and might accuse you of stealing.

Q: What if I give you credit for the art? Can I use it then?
No, once again because I like my work to be looked at in my gallery.

Q: Can you teach me how to draw?
Sorry, I don't have the time. If you happen to know me outside of dA or the internet in general, I might show you how to use basic shapes and lines of action to give a character an extreme pose, but I can't do much else, for this reason: Everyone can draw anything they want. That's right. Anything. The only thing that separates one artist from the next in drawing one thing is that artist's very own personal style. It makes their art unique, irreplaceable, and very good. Take a look at Picasso. His people don't even look that much like real people, and he ended up being a great artist! Just be yourself, and if anyone tries to push you down with hurtful words, don't let it bother you, and stand up, taller then them, because you are a great artist, and one day, you might inspire someone with your art, same way my brother inspired me in mine.

Q: Will you make me a tutorial?
No. Sorry, but tutorials take a long time to make. Once in a while, I'll make one, but not often because they can get boring.

Q: Will you watch me/add me to your friends list?
Not unless I've grown to know you, no. I don't watch people just because they ask me to, but if you want, feel free to talk with me a little bit and get to know me. In the process, I'll know you a little better and maybe you'll end up in my list of friends.

Q: Do you take requests/trades?
Not really. Once in a while I'll do one with people I've been friends with for a while, but when people just come to my page, not even knowing me, and ask for a request, I almost always say no.

Q: Can I make my own character out of you made up species?
Go for it. Just give me credit for making up the species, and send me a link when you post it. That way I can see and favorite all of your work.

Q: Will you draw my characters in some of your 100 themes pictures?
Nope. I like to stick to my own characters and ideas for that. Sorry.
However, there are rare cases where I ask an artist to borrow their characters for a 100 themes pic. Maybe you'll be one of them.

Q: Is there any iLarvitar fanclub that I can join?
Nope. I don't plan to make one either. n__n If you want to make one though, feel free to do so, I don't mind. XD

Q: Will you make me a tutorial on how to (insert something here)
I might eventually make one, but not only for you. If enough people ask for the same thing, I might do it, but that's a big if.

Q: Why do you only draw fan characters/art?
Unlike most of you, I lack the physical talent to create something completely original when it comes to character design. I have much better ideas for other people's creations, and as a result I run with it.

Q: Why don't you try to build up on your OC's instead of spending so much time doing fan works?
I have two words for ya. Plot holes. It's sorta hard to explain, but every time I want to work on a backstory for an OC, I end up coming to a dead end. I dunno, I lose motivation for my OC's.

Q: Do you take commissions?
Yup! I have yet to have someone ask me for one, but yes I do take commissions.
